Operations Support Specialist

We are looking for a Operations Support Specialist to join our Group and play a vital role in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in our production processes. This position offers opportunities to develop technical skills, grow into advanced levels, and directly contribute to the success of our operations.

If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Operations team! We're seeking a motivated individual who can work collaboratively with a team to drive production success.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Support projects by gathering data, updating documentation, and coordinating with various teams
  • Support the implementation of process improvements by enhancing documentation, streamlining workflows, and optimizing operational support activities
  • Maintain production information boards and documentation
  • Support TPM and LEAN activities
  • Order tools and consumables for operations
  • Create and update charts, reports, and basic workflows
  • Use SAP to place orders and monitor production activities
  • Use of Power BI, TDB, Business Analytics and other interfaces to track and collect KPI's and data
  • Participate in daily production meetings to understand operational priorities

  • Identifies with assigned work and is self-motivated
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, SAP, and document management systems
  • Ability to write clear reports and correspondence
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing systems and terminology
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic production environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • 1+ year of relevant experience
