Description and Requirements

The ISV Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the relationship development, management, and optimization of the Lenovo OEM team's ISV partner portfolio. This role involves strategic planning, business development, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful selection, onboarding, and growth of our ISV partnerships. The successful ISV Portfolio Manager candidate will work closely with marketing, services, product management, engineering, sales, and partners to drive success and meet business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Develop and execute the overall ISV partnership strategy. Identify, onboard, and manage a portfolio of strategic ISV partners. Define success metrics and KPIs for ISV performance and engagement.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the OEM team and the ISV partners. Manage partner agreements, renewals and performance reviews
  • Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify revenue opportunities through ISV solutions. Track pipeline performance and forecast ISV-related revenue contributions. Present quarterly business reviews and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Operational & Program Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ISV partnerships - from onboarding to optimization. Streamline processes to scale the program effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering to align ISV integration with product roadmap. Collaborate with marketing to ensure go-to-market readiness.
  • Reporting & Insights: Monitor and report on ISV performance metrics, ROI, and business impact. Recommend strategic adjustments based on data-driven analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in product or portfolio management.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience in the technology or electronics industry.
  • Understanding of business case development processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
This position is based at Lenovo's North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC and follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days onsite and two days remote each week.
