Position Overview
| Primary Purpose of the Position |
The College of Business & Entrepreneurship is seeking to add Adjunct Instructors to its pool of Adjunct Faculty for the coming Spring, Summer, and Fall terms. Adjunct Instructors may be needed for
MBA courses in Accounting, Economics, and Finance. Expertise in Data Analytics and AI may be beneficial. The courses are taught online only.

- Adjunct faculty will teach assigned classes, maintain office hours (a way for students to contact and receive guidance from the faculty member), grade assignments, provide feedback to students, and post grades while adhering to relevant university policies
- Adequately prepare all course materials and lessons
- Provide each student with clear course expectations, evaluations, timelines, and an approved syllabus
- Provide engaging and relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes
- Suitably challenge, engage, serve, and communicate with students to encourage their participation and learning while maintaining mutual value and respect
- Complete grade books, mid-term and final grade submission, learning assessments and final exam assessments on a timely basis
- Respond to student questions on a timely basis
- Ensure course and program learning outcomes are delivered as defined by the syllabus
