Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst for our corporate office in Phoenix. The Treasury Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Treasury and will be responsible for providing operational support handling day-to-day activities processing cash transactions to meet the financial obligations of the organization. The Treasury Analys will assist with implementing process improvements, cash forecasting, and overall business support. This role requires the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships within a collaborative team.

Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the incumbent's performance objectives as outlined by the incumbent's immediate supervisor or manager.

• Provide overall support for daily treasury operations and liquidity strategy.
• Execute on daily cash management functions, including preparation of daily wire transfers and ensuring transactions are appropriately documented and approved.
• Work with the Senior Manager of Treasury to perform monthly banking analysis to optimize cost of funds, fee analysis, and ongoing bank account maintenance.
• Prepare and submit internal cash transfers and external wire requests
• Prepare and maintain various reports, including daily cash position, monthly lender reporting, weekly loan tracking, and support the cash forecasting process.
• Serves as system administrator for bank treasury operation systems.
• Oversee credit card administration, including issuance of new corporate credit cards, corporate card management, and support of Concur administration.
• Ad-hoc projects, including research of finance and accounting problems, gathering information to support analysis and provide audit support.

Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and familiar with bank treasury operations applications.
• Excellent Analytical and oral/written communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of the best practices in accounting.
• Capacity to multitask to accomplish goals by utilizing resources effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to quickly grasp the essence and underlying structure of new problems; is open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
• Maintains a positive attitude that supports team performance and productivity.

Supervisory and Managerial Responsibility

• Does not supervise or lead.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in financial analysis with Treasury or cash management experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with all MS Office applications.
• Advanced quantitative and spreadsheet skills.
• Ideal candidate should possess strong technological, analytical, and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail.
