Essential Job Functions:



  • Be the architect of an unforgettable guest journey, driving service excellence and leading high-touch, high-impact interactions across all Rooms Division teams.
  • Champion culture and performance by inspiring leaders, elevating team capabilities, and ensuring every room, interaction, and experience reflects our brand at its very best.
  • Transform insights into action by analyzing guest feedback, quality metrics, and financial data to create innovative solutions that boost satisfaction and operational results.
  • Lead service recovery with confidence and care, ensuring escalated concerns turn into opportunities for loyalty, trust, and memorable hospitality moments.
  • Own division-wide strategy, from budgeting and compliance to process improvements and capital projects, keeping operations smooth, safe and aligned with company standards.
  • Assist the General Manager and Director of Operations, guiding daily operations, chairing leadership meetings, and shaping high-level decisions that move the hotel forward.



Hotel Specific:



  • Salary of $75,000 - $85,000 annually plus bonus eligible.
  • Oversight of Front Office and unionized division of Housekeeping and Laundry.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or an equivalent college degree with appropriate progressive experience in the hotel industry rooms division.
  • 5-7 years of hotel leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, financial analysis, team leadership and operational expertise.
