We are currently hiring an intern to join our Business Analytics Team for the Summer of 2026.

This will be a 10-week internship which will begin on June 8th and end on August 14th.

This role is office based at our Nespresso Square office located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. While there may be some flexibility to work remotely, all candidates must be able to commute to the office as needed.

Responsibilities:

Our intern will support the Core Analytics team by enhancing reporting capabilities, automating manual processes, and generating actionable insights from sales data. The project will focus on

  • Improving data democratization and visualization for key stakeholders across Commercial/Business Development teams.

  • Streamline existing reporting processes to reduce manual effort.

  • Advance data democratization by centralizing analytics efforts and standardizing data definitions.

  • Support ad hoc analysis requests to inform strategic decisions.

Mid Point Goals:

  • Conduct an audit of existing data sources and reporting tools to identify inconsistencies and gaps.

  • Begin development and deployment of a centralized data dictionary for commonly used sales metrics and terminology.

  • Launch initial version of a shared analytics repository with defined access protocols

Final Deliverables:

  • Completed and validated data dictionary covering key sales analytics terms and metrics.

  • Operational shared analytics repository with documentation and user access.

  • Presentation to Sales and Analytics leadership outlining implemented solutions and roadmap for continued data democratization.

Requirements:

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college.

The approximate target compensation range for this role is $25-$30/hr . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
