Utility Warehouse Worker

Core Linen Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services around the country. SUMMARY:

The Utility Worker will assist with loading and unloading the box trucks and trailers in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to all Company and government/industry regulations. The utility worker will also help with janitorial duties within the warehouse and assist in ensuring the linen carts are fully stocked.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loads and unloads linen carts while tagging each cart accordingly.
• Maintains an accurate log while performing deliveries.
• Assist with customer services deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.
• Adheres to established precautions and procedures regarding soiled linens.
• Maintains cleanliness of company vehicles, buildings and equipment; performs job safely.
• Build clean, neat, organized carts to set a standard par level.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work a flexible schedule including overtime. Be able to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull a wheeled cart of 650 lbs. This person must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
