Tenant Selector Responsibilities: As a Tenant Selector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring positive interactions with our residents. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assist Tenant Selector in Performing intakes for state housing and MRVP. Assisting Tenant Selector in completing Annual Recertification Oversee half the properties Coordinating with Tenant Selector a smooth handover and transition of residents into completed units. Efficient and timely processing of all required occupancy and change in household forms, reports and related information. Filing, and any duties assigned as needed Qualifications: Proven experience in tenant selection, or a similar customer- facing role, preferably in the residential field. Excellent communication, interpersonal and a quick learner. Understanding of residential processes and awareness of tenant rights and responsibilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and industry standard programs Ability to work independently and a passion for helping and assisting people. Apply public housing rent calculation regulations accurately Experience with section 8 is desired but not mandatory Requirements: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Empathy and a customer-centric approach. Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to residential construction. Flexibility to attend evening or weekend events as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software for tenant communication 3 years' leasing experience, including preparing all leasing documents What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
