Overview
The R2R Lead for GL/AR/AP and Bank Integration is responsible for overseeing core financial processes within SAP, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and electronic bank statement integration. The role ensures accurate financial postings, timely reconciliations, and compliance with IFRS or GAAP standards. This position requires deep functional expertise in SAP FI modules and strong collaboration across treasury, finance, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and optimize SAP FI-GL, FI-AR, and FI-AP modules.
• Oversee end-to-end payment automation, bank interfaces, and electronic bank statement (EBS) processing.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial postings, month-end close activities, and reconciliations.
• Partner with treasury, finance, and IT to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits; establish and maintain internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across R2R sub-processes.
• Manage high-volume transactions while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure proper handling of payment formats, SWIFT connectivity, and bank communication protocols.
