Woolpert, Inc. in Beavercreek, OH seeks multiple Engineer I to perform complex engineering functions related to aviation engineering. Designs runways, taxiways, and aviation aprons, including pavement design, writing and reviewing technical specifications, and collaborating with Missouri Department of Transportation on aviation grant programs. Telecommuting permitted. Requires Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and one (1) year of experience in aviation engineering to include: using AutoCAD Civil 3D for infrastructure projects; using FAARFIELD for pavement design; designing runways, taxiways, and aviation aprons; writing and reviewing technical specifications in compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); and collaborating with the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) on aviation grant programs to obtain project funding. Employer also accepts a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and two (2) additional years of the stated experience. Must be a registered Professional Engineer. Pre-employment screening required.
