THE ROLE:

The Device Analysis Lab is looking for a qualified candidate to manage strategic development and pathfinding for new technology.

THE PERSON:

  • Applicant must have in depth knowledge of standard cell design, RTL, verification, transistor device physics, CMOS manufacturing, packaging processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to work in a dynamic, distributed team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and drive a portfolio of critical product and technology development initiatives on Co-Packaged Optics and SOIC and ensure that the program goals are achieved with timely execution together with Singapore DA team
  • Initiate and drive projects with functional group leaders and staff across Design, Silicon Technology Development, Product/Assembly Engineering, Advanced Packaging across sites
  • Development of new techniques for advanced technology nodes

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in Failure Analysis, IC Design, Product/Test Engineering

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Master's / Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering
