As a Security Officer - Residential Entry Monitor in Calabasas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible, and assisting residents and visitors with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Monitor access points at the residential location to verify credentials and manage entry and exit of residents, guests, and vendors.
• Provide customer service by assisting residents and visitors with inquiries and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
• Carry out site-specific procedures and policies to help maintain security-related standards at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when appropriate, following emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate any concerns or observations to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
