About Homebase Medical Homebase Medical is SCAN Group's in-home care delivery platform - providing comprehensive, coordinated care for seniors with complex, chronic, and advanced conditions. Through services such as Annual Wellness Visits, transitional and palliative care, and longitudinal medical management, Homebase bridges critical gaps in the care continuum. By integrating technology, workforce optimization, and compassionate service, Homebase enables SCAN to achieve its mission of keeping seniors healthy and independent while managing total cost of care and improving quality performance across Non-Delegated Risk (NDR), shared-risk, and direct-contracting partnerships. The Job Homebase Medical is looking to expand its home-focused wrap-around care services into new geographies and lines of care. As such, Homebase Medical is seeking a dynamic, commercially-oriented Chief Executive Officer to lead its growing team. The incoming CEO will be responsible for leading this dynamic organization through periods of rapid revenue and organizational growth. They will articulate a clear vision for the growth of the organization, lead business development, strategic planning initiatives and activities to ensure the realization of that growth. You Will Lead and drive execution of the business strategy; ensure P&L, clinical, and operational performance, instilling financial discipline and aligning operations with business objectives and impact metrics. Drive successful expansion of Homebase Medical's care delivery model into new and existing markets by architecting and leading Homebase Medical's multi-market go-to-market strategy and securing partnerships with health plans, health care providers, and other strategic partners. Oversee care model performance and economics, leveraging data and insights to inform model optimization and ensure operational efficiency, scalable delivery, strong clinical outcomes, and high patient satisfaction. Partner closely with SCAN leadership and Board to align business and clinical models and strategy to deliver outsized value to SCAN. Drive continuous improvement, technology enablement, and operational excellence. Build and lead a high-performing team and organization, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent; and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven culture. Your Qualifications Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or similar field. Tenured professional who has a minimum 5+ years' experience as a CEO, COO, General Manager, or other senior executive role, with a strong preference coming from the payer or provider industries. Demonstrated experience in executive level management and development of leadership teams. Demonstrated B2B growth experience and proven ability to scale a company or function within a company. Financially disciplined executive, with P&L ownership experience, skilled at aligning clinical and business strategy to drive scalable growth, achieve profitability, and ensure long-term sustainability. Business builder, with a proven track record of building from the ground up and leading high-growth, multi-market healthcare organizations, and a focus on complex, home-based, or team-based care models. Strategic partner, with strong working relationships and ability to drive enterprise alignment within SCAN, and a track record of external business development. Adaptable and execution-focused operator, able to lead through ambiguity, act decisively with imperfect data, and adopt a bias to action to ensure timely delivery of business milestones. Broad general management experience spanning operational and financial responsibilities in a patient-centered organization; understands the delicate balance between patient needs and financial stewardship.
