*This position is remote/work from home and can be located anywhere within the United States but must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours. If in Atlanta, the position will be hybrid.

The Sales Strategy & Enablement Senior Analyst will support target setting operations and analysis for the Sales Performance Strategy Quota Administration team. They will primarily be tasked with developing, administering, and maintaining target setting processes for teams of varying size across multiple products.

The Sales Strategy & Enablement Senior Analyst will be responsible for quota setting, and reconciling data sources for revenue transactions, as well as developing varied, complex and confidential reports and processes, and must be organized and detail oriented. This person must ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction. This role requires a working knowledge of data architecture and databases, including data flow and tools.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze trends and market factors to set appropriate targets/quotas for assigned sales teams in alignment with business needs and sales team operations.
  • Own quota setting pipeline, actively communicate deliverables and timelines with Sales team members
  • Collaborate closely with boundary partners and allied functions to understand business priorities, sales strategies, sales execution, and data structures.
  • Collect data from various databases and departmental resources to utilize in quota setting and understand drivers to performance.
  • Provide analytical support and insight into assigned targets/quotas, highlighting key assumptions made in quota allocation and their potential effects to KPIs.
  • Apply rigorous quality control and process to your day-to-day activities to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Communicate quota setting timelines with both internal team leadership and assigned Sales teams.
  • Export monthly quotas for use by internal and boundary teams
  • Continually improve target accuracy and efficiency

Who You Are

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 4 years' of business and/or finance experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis, process design, and data management
  • Effective collaborator with strong communication, presentation, and time management skills to support cross-functional teamwork
  • Skilled in managing complex projects across multiple channels and timelines with precision and organization
  • Thrives in dynamic, high-performance environments with a team-oriented mindset
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and maintaining focus under pressure with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular strength in Excel
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience working with SQL and Salesforce reporting tools
  • Knowledge of Anaplan model building
  • Travel: 5%


Preferred:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Math or related.
  • Compensation administration, sales/marketing analytics and sales operations highly preferred.
  • Experience with AI prompt engineering in business settings to assist in analysis and implementation

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:
