Job Objective:
Oversees and directs all wellsite activities, including workover, slickline, E-line, coiled tubing, abandonment, production-related wellsite operations, maintenance operations, and service employees.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and enforce Company Safety Values and HSE policies; lead safety meetings, JSAs, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Supervise all wellsite completion, workover, intervention, stimulation, and production-related operations, ensuring adherence to approved procedures, well-integrity standards, and safe pressure-control practices.
- Coordinate and communicate with crews, field operators, and service companies; ensure clarity on procedures, changes, delays, and operational priorities.
- Manage contractor activities and logistics, including scheduling service companies, obtaining bids, verifying certifications, and ensuring equipment and personnel readiness for Arctic conditions.
- Oversee acid stimulations, wireline/coiled tubing operations, production-equipment work, and other non-drilling wellsite activities.
- Monitor well status, operational progress, safety barriers, and equipment condition; escalate risks or deviations promptly.
- Prepare accurate daily reports, track operational costs, support AFE estimates, and maintain required regulatory and company documentation.
- Coordinate material, equipment, and supply logistics, accounting for remote offshore and weather constraints.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, punctuality, and strong communication; support company values, mission, and team performance.

Qualifications:
- Experience in workover, completion, intervention, fishing, and recompletion operations.
- 3+ years of oilfield experience in production, workover, completions, or related field roles (roustabout, floorhand, wireline helper, etc.).
- Ability to accurately solve problems.
- Proficiency with basic digital reporting tools (MS Office, WellView)
- Strong understanding of wellsite pressure control equipment, production systems, and intervention tools.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
- Physically able to climb stairs/ladders, lift moderate loads, and work long hours when required.
- Willingness to work offshore in extreme weather, remote conditions, and rotating schedules.
- Willing to move to Alaska
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in oilfield operations preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company/contractor transportation requirements.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
- Well Control certification (IWCF or IADC)
