In this crucial role, you will be managing and enhancing platforms, infrastructure and integrations instrumental in supporting our Security Operations Centre's ability to detect, investigate and contain cyber threats. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our Technology and Innovation team. In this role you will be managing, automating, enhancing and ensuring the health and performance of Swimlane, our SOAR platform. We are especially keen to find an individual with deep expertise in their field but also excited about having breadth and variety in their role. You will have an ability to collaborate broadly across disciplines, and can help us build a more agile and innovative team. As we embark on a review of future platform strategy and how we might integrate AI across our SIEM, UEBA and TIP platforms, you'll also help shape platform strategy and build out our SOAR to be fit for purpose and ensure we remain resilient against evolving cyber threats. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility 5-10 years experience developing, integrating, configuring, and managing platforms, ideally SOAR platforms. This includes monitoring and addressing system performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability challenges. Experience developing and deploying infrastructure-as-code solutions to automate operational tasks and improve platform reliability. Experience building and maintain CI/CD pipelines that integrate security controls and support continuous delivery of detection and response capabilities. Experience with scripting / programming languages such Python. Ability to plan and deliver to challenging timelines, managing stakeholder expectations in the process (experience working in an Agile environment desirable). Excellent listening and influencing skills, and flexibility to develop strong relationships with a complex set of global stakeholders (from working with users and analysts, to managing vendors).
