SUMMARY As the Senior Digital Transformation Consultant, you will be part of our expanding Digital Transformation practice in a client-facing role working with a highly specialized team to improve their business operations. Our team delivers strategic value by identifying and implementing process improvements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be organized and can balance their participation in multiple projects at the same time, and is solution driven, who is experienced with leading clients through many components of digital transformation, as defined below. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and walk-throughs to accurately analyze business processes, systems, organizational functions and structures using appropriate techniques
- Provide independent assessments of processes, applications, people and strategies to identify challenges, areas for improved efficiency in processes and use of technology
- Utilize critical thinking to develop and communicate appropriate and creative recommendations for solutions and strategies for clients across a wide variety of industries
- Align process and technology recommendations to an organization's business strategy and goals
- Execute projects following industry standard project planning methods and project management tools
- Develop deliverables, including business and application process narratives and flows using industry standard tools, such as Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Visio, Excel)
- Work collaboratively with project teams responsible for the implementation of digital transformation engagements for our clients
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and best practices to contribute to the enhancement of our digital transformation methodologies and expertise
QUALIFICATIONS Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, digital transformation, engineering or related field is required
- Minimum of three years of experience in technology and business consulting, process optimization, and/or solution implementations is required
Other:
- Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and walk-throughs to accurately assess the current state of processes and systems in place to support those processes
- Experience analyzing enterprise-wide business processes to identify areas for improvement through reengineering and/or leveraging technology
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Proven track record successfully working on a team to execute digital transformation projects
- Understanding of how current technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data, data analytics, and robotic process automation can benefit a business
