The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary system owner for UltiPro HCM. This role is critical in ensuring HR systems are configured to support evolving business needs, maintain compliance, enable data-driven decisions, and drive process efficiency. The HRIS Analyst will support key HR lifecycle processes within UltiPro, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding, while partnering with other HR systems owners to ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and seamless integration. The analyst will be responsible for optimizing and integrating HRIS systems globally, supporting the full HR lifecycle, and leading technology-driven process improvements. The ideal candidate is not only hands-on with HRIS platforms but also comfortable managing other HR system transitions, leading cross-functional projects, and implementing AI or automating solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports that enable data-driven HR decisions, including custom reporting for data from systems beyond UltiPro.
  • Drive and guide the development of HR's digital transformation roadmap, leading key initiatives to modernize and streamline HR workflows, integrate acquisitions, configure global HR processes, and support annual HR cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal reporting requirements, including VETS 4212, EEO-1, AAP, and other HR compliance reporting needs.
  • Identify and lead HRIS-related projects, including process redesigns, new functionality deployment, system migrations, and integrations acting as a project manager to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Support reporting needs for other HR Operations systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to HR partners and end users, including training and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure system alignment, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, automations, and reporting processes.
  • Perform data management tasks, including imports, validation, and error resolution, with an eye toward scalable, technology enhanced processes.

What We Expect from You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, ideally as a primary system owner of UltiPro or similar global platforms.
  • Experience leading HRIS implementations or large-scale process changes, including cross-functional project management.
  • Strong experience in reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and workflow automation, including Excel, SQL, Cognos, or other reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, or digital process optimization in HR is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance reporting requirements globally (VETS, AAP, EEO, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, data governance, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; able to work across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of owning a system end-to-end independently.
  • Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
