Long Term Care Player/Coach

Primary Objective:

• To drive adoption, access, and appropriate utilization of client's product by building relationships within the LTC ecosystem, while simultaneously leading and coaching a field team to meet client commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Conduct direct outreach to key LTC stakeholders to educate on product's clinical value & operational integration
• Contracting Support: Partner with client's access & contracting teams to identify, negotiate, & support agreements with LTC networks, GPOs & individual facilities
• Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with LTC facilities, monitoring uptake, identifying barriers & aligning with distribution or specialty pharmacy partners
• Data Utilization: Leverage CRM & market data to inform call strategy & identify growth opportunities.
• Coaching: Team leadership, performance management, cross-functional collaboration & training & onboarding

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree required
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience
• 7+ years of experience with long-term care facilities, LTAC, large academic health systems, IDNs and/or GPOs
• Team leadership, coaching, performance management, cross-functional collaboration, training & onboarding experience required
• Contract management experience required
• Gastro-intestinal experience highly preferred

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175k to $185k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
