Call Center Operator

Pay Rate: $12.00/hour

Shift Details: Primary Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Must be flexible to also work:

• 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Training Schedule (3 weeks):

• 12:45 PM - 9:00 PM
• 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answer and route calls through a busy switchboard
• Assess emergency calls and escalate appropriately
• Enter customer interaction details accurately into the system
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communications

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented and able to work well with a team
