Responsibilities

  • Day to Day client lead for two accounts
  • Work includes leading patient research and strategic planning /executing an unbranded patient and caregiver disease awareness campaign
  • Support strategic lead on driving organic growth
  • Lead team of 4+ people and regularly oversee collaboration with shared services, vendors, media and other third-parties
  • Mentoring, managing, and coaching junior members of the team
  • Overseeing budget and financials
  • Work includes leading strategic planning as well as supporting and overseeing execution of corporate, product, digital and internal communications
  • Ensure robust, cross-functional collaboration with corporate communications, other Syneos agencies, shared services, vendors and other third-parties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a professional environment within the healthcare public relations and/or communications industries
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment, meeting internal and external deadlines
