KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, University Recruiter to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a university recruiting strategy for each school within assigned portfolio; plan and oversee campus activities and events both in person, on campus and virtual to meet current and future recruiting needs; this includes managing budgets for respective schools
  • Create and manage internal relationships; establish connections with partners and practice professionals across service lines to deliver recruiting initiatives, programs and share best practices; manage school teams by educating alumni and practice professionals on our recruiting approach; partner with Primary Recruiters to ensure a consistent recruiting approach to present candidate feedback and ensure strong coordinated candidate care
  • Support office programs and special UTA projects; aid in the planning and execution of designated office programs such as student group office visits, the internship program, and participate in special projects such as SMEs to support the University Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Act as primary liaison for target campus contacts; own relationships with college placement office, key faculty and student organizations at target schools
  • Work to ensure compliance and make sure the hiring process complies with KPMG policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations
  • Analyze key trends from each school, stay abreast of industry knowledge, competitive intelligence, and best practices for recruiting; present findings and make strategic recommendations based on their analysis to stakeholders to influence data driven decisions
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to contribute to KPMG's respectful and high-performing work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of recent recruiting, event planning, or professional services experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or six years equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ATS and CRM platforms a plus; ability to use data and analytics to report on results and influence decision-making
  • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with excellent time management and organization skills
  • Poise and maturity to be the KPMG representative on campus to students, faculty, and school administration
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
