Operations Director

The Opportunity

The Operations Director must be a highly organized individual that has an innate ability to keep tasks and teammates on track. They serve as the main point of contact and connection between the producers, clients, and support resources. The Operations Director oversees and assists in the coordination, preparation, and delivery of the Investment Sales team's marketing deliverables and communication with existing and future clients. The Operations Director is accountable for the accuracy, presentation quality, and on-time delivery of all the team's deliverables. The Operations Director works with leadership and team members to continually identify and improve the sales cycle time and related processes, while also helping to scale and grow the team's pipeline and related support. This position calls for a confident, strategic, and creative professional with excellent writing, project management, analytical and collaboration skills. To be successful, ideally this individual will have previous real estate experience, be an initiative-taker and will need to be able think strategically while focusing on several deliverables simultaneously.



  • Manages team operations and supervision of support staff, as assigned
  • Proofs, reviews marketing material specifications and acts as point of contact and liaison between the team's graphic designer, transaction manager, producers, and financial analysts, as well as other support teams to coordinate the completion and delivery of marketing and client specific property deliverables.
  • Coordinates and prioritizes due dates and delivery with current book of business
  • Monitors and manages workflow, identifying & implementing efficiencies
  • Participates in national peer calls and meetings - employs best practices, shares information with team members & informs producers of impending changes - supporting the business


  • Works in tandem with regional business partners to maintain organizational trust and a collaborative work environment
  • Coordinates pitch presentations for clients; potential to attend/support
  • Leads writing and coordinating of overall content and strategy on proposals and presentations
  • Oversees successful closing activities of all listings - collaborating with the team's Transaction Manager
  • Supports various team marketing initiatives - runs team brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts; analyzes competition for fresh ideas


  • Coordinates Marketing/PR Materials and client events/outreach
  • Works to keep necessary team information current in business systems and performs write-ups for other industry publications/requests
  • Screens, disseminates, and translates incoming internal/external referrals, as needed
  • Organizes and manages team meetings interfacing with leadership and sales professionals, managing the entire process, pursuit team, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What you will need to be successful in this role

  • Tech savvy and proficient across multiple platforms and applications. Skilled in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) preferred
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Comfortable taking charge and dealing with ambiguity to achieve successful outcomes


  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years prior experience managing people and minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Hybrid role in our Bellevue, WA office
