As a Sales Site Manager - National Accounts, you will build, maintain and lead teams responsible for raising and retaining assets for American Funds. You will partner with National Accounts Directors and Relationship Managers to develop integrated business plans, sales strategy and service standards. You will lead teams involved in sales, projects and operations, managing all internal sales activities and ensuring alignment with the respective client segment strategic initiatives and goals.

  • You have previously demonstrated sales leadership while building and maintaining relationships by engaging site sales associates and fostering a dynamic environment.
  • You have experience managing business priorities by executing on internal sales objectives and ensuring effective hiring and effective alignment of resources to priorities.
  • You have experience managing day to day operations in a sales environment.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to work with management to select, develop and maintain an effective sales team by setting the tone, engaging with people and driving the business forward.
  • You currently hold or will obtain in your first 90 days a SIE, Series 7, Series 66 & Series 24
