  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and other executive-ready documents for leadership meetings and project reviews
  • Coordinate team activities, meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and action tracking across stakeholders
  • Help maintain project rhythm by monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and key communication milestones
  • Organize and maintain shared documents, files, and information repositories to ensure accessibility and consistency

  • Provide general staff support to leadership in connection with planning, coordination, and execution of project-related work
  • Exercise discretion in handling sensitive or business-critical information

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to consolidate information from multiple sources and present it in a clear, professional format
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and a customer-service mindset

Desired:

  • Experience supporting large-scale programs, transformation efforts, or cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfort working with data tracking, reporting, and presentation development
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and levels of leadership
  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilities

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in administration, operations support, project coordination, business support, or a similar professional staff role
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or stakeholders in a matrixed environment preferred
