This hybrid role offers a combination of remote work and inperson responsibilities. The position requires attendance at communitybased events as needed, and candidates must be able to be physically present for these engagements. JOB DESCRIPTION The Prevention Coordinator will support substance use prevention efforts in Central Vermont, helping rebuild and coordinate substance use prevention infrastructure and activities. Housed at the Central Vermont Prevention Coalition (CVPC), a program of Central Vermont Medical Center, this position will implement, coordinate, and support evidence-based prevention strategies that address substance use and related behavioral health risks across the lifespan. This position complements CVPC's work in treatment, recovery, and harm reduction to support a more complete system of care for Central Vermont. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in public health, prevention, social sciences, education, or a related field. Master's preferred. EXPERIENCE
