Chief Marketing Officer

We are looking for a digital marketing professional to direct our lead gen and direct-to-paid acquisitions (networks and email), execute new product launches, and optimize monetization for our 100k+ subscriber list. The candidate must have 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in the information publishing industry. (Experience selling to US market is a plus.)

The ideal candidate is someone who can direct a $1.5M annual budget and create winning campaigns across multiple channels (not just Facebook, but other PPC, SEO, and email). You must have a deep working knowledge of funnel optimization, testing principles, and product launch strategy. You should be comfortable managing and leading cross channel teams. If you have experience selling to the US market and negotiating CPA/CPC/CPL/revenue share deals with email affiliates, then we'd especially like to speak with you.

Finally, you need to be obsessed with growth. We grew 15% last year. We want to do even better next year. We are looking for someone who is not just along for the ride, but indispensable to making it happen.

This position will require occasional travel to Ireland. Must be flexible for the first year.

• Set strategy for acquisitions (lead gen and direct-to-sale campaigns) as well as monetisation (product launches, re-heats, external affiliate offers).
• Establish KPIs for campaigns, budgets, and internal list revenue.
• Conceive and executive efforts to raise LTV and ACV.
• Optimize funnels and offers.
• Work with department leads in media buying, monetisation, creative and editorial to create winning campaigns.
• Analyze and incorporate data into the decision-making process.
• Manage and recruit talent across marketing department.
• Report to Senior Management on KPIs monthly

• 5+ years proven digital marketing and management experience.
• Mastery of all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
• Able to conceive, not just implement, strong campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to understand data, report on results and make recommendations for growth.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and working to deadlines.
• Excellent presentation, communication and people skills.
• Results oriented.
