Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Specialist (Research Engineering Manager) for the Civil & Environmental Engineer department. Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field along with 2 years of field and research engineering experience. The experience must be related with overseeing laboratory operations, coordinating research projects, and guiding research staff to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely execution of experimental studies.

- Master's degree.
