We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer to help drive data-informed decision-making across a fast-paced, industry-leading digital supply chain organization. This role combines strong data engineering, advanced analytics, and visualization expertise to deliver scalable, high-impact BI solutions using modern tools and cloud platforms.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and data models.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights using Looker, Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Alteryx and Fabric.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting strategies.
  • Leverage GCP to support data architecture, performance, and governance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best practices across reporting environments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in BI development, automation, and user experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics roles.
  • Strong experience with BI tools: Looker (LookML), Power BI, Tableau, Cognos.
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric, and GCP environments.
  • Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise; Python experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience working in data engineering/BI environments with modern data stacks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in large-scale, enterprise or supply chain environments preferred.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
