IT Support Technician \| Franklin, TN \| $25/hr \| 6-Month Contract Are you a technically sharp IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building relationships along the way? We are looking for an End User Services Support Technician to join a growing healthcare technology company in Franklin, TN. What You'll Be Doing: * Providing end user support across Windows and Mac environments * Managing and resolving Service Desk tickets through Remedyforce * Supporting M365/Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Group Policy/MDM * Handling patch maintenance, hardware and software updates, and system documentation * Delivering remote support via BeyondTrust (Bomgar) * Providing white-glove support for C-level executives and VIPs * Building strong relationships with internal clients and team members What We're Looking For: * Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac operating systems * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software * Experience with Active Directory, M365/Office 365, and Windows Group Policy/MDM * Familiarity with ticketing systems (Remedyforce or similar) * Clear, professional communication - written and verbal * A great attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure * Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users with patience and clarity Why You'll Love It: * Work directly alongside IT leadership - real mentorship and exposure from day one * A manager who genuinely invests in his team and creates space for growth * One-step interview process - quick and straightforward Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
