Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday-Friday

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Brings a high school diploma or GED (customer service experience helps, too)
• Has experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• Can research and evaluate suppliers to identify the best products, services, and pricing
• Is confident negotiating pricing, contracts, and cost-saving opportunities with vendors
• Can create, process, and track purchase orders from placement through delivery
• Understands inventory management and can coordinate timely replenishment of materials and supplies
• Can track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and follow up on late orders
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Has strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities
• Pays close attention to detail and maintains accurate records and documentation
• Is comfortable reviewing invoices and collaborating with accounting teams
• Can analyze purchasing data, monitor spending, and prepare reports
• Is proficient with spreadsheets, ERP systems, and procurement software
• Communicates effectively by phone, email, and in person
• Has strong problem-solving skills and can adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Understands purchasing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Can collaborate across departments to support business needs and operational goals
• Has experience supporting logistics and distribution operations
• Has shipping and receiving experience or is willing to be cross-trained in those functions
• Is dependable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and cost efficiency
