Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 8 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday

What It Takes to Rock This Role.

• Assists with preparing and processing purchase orders
• Helps resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, and damaged goods
• Supports inventory management by monitoring stock levels
• Serves as a professional point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Responds promptly to order questions, pricing requests, and delivery updates
• Accurately enters customer orders into an ERP system
• Delivers excellent customer service with professionalism and attention to detail
• Possesses strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, sorting, and filtering
• Has experience with Microsoft Office applications; Sage 500 experience is a plus
• Communicates effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
• Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Works independently while also contributing as part of a team
• Demonstrates strong time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills
• Is comfortable interacting with warehouse and receiving areas as needed
