JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Bioanalytical Scientific Manager who is collaborative, scientifically rigorous, and solution-oriented to join us in our Bioanalytical Strategy team within Precision Medicine, based in our Braine-l'Alleud (Belgium), Slough/Windlesham (UK), or US offices. About the role This is an exciting opportunity where you will contribute to the design and execution of bioanalytical strategies supporting biologics, small molecule and/or gene therapy programs. You will work across assay development for pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and (exploratory) biomarkers, ensuring high scientific quality and regulatory compliance as required. The role offers strong exposure to multidisciplinary teams and the opportunity for strategic bioanalytical leadership. Who you'll work with You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Early Clinical development, Translational Sciences, Toxicology, Pharmacology, Clinical Operations, Regulatory stakeholders and Data Sciences. You will engage with internal laboratories and external partners such as contract research organizations and academic institutions, acting as a bioanalytical representative in multidisciplinary project teams.
