16 Position Summary
The Contractor Services Manager will provide contractor support, manage contracts and support procurement activities, and provide oversight, coordination, and reporting for all plant contractors including employees and third-party personnel performing contractor oversight and coordination. The Contractor Services Manager will also provide cost tracking and budget updates to Stakeholders. Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Possess a valid driver's license with a history of a safe driving record in accordance with CPSE policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable laws and regulations
Ability to perform multiple work activities with a minimum of supervision and prioritize workload effectively
Ability to work concurrently with multiple deadlines and deliverables; great attention to detail; results oriented.
Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints
Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, multi-tasking, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal, written & communicational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling
Extensive experience working in power plant maintenance or operators, or equivalent experience in a related field. Preferred Qualifications

Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. Physical Demands
Requires standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, twisting, climbing stairs and ladders, and entering plant equipment to access, inspect, or collect data on plant equipment.
Occasionally requires wearing personal protective safety equipment (respirators, safety glasses, hard hat, appropriate footwear, ear plugs, etc.) and occasionally requires lifting as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities.
