The Job Unchained Labs is looking for a sales professional that will focus on growing our recurring revenue. This role is all about understanding our customers' needs, making sure that our customers are happily using their instruments and have what they need to get their job done. You will partner with our instrument sales teams to stay on top of key accounts and will also regularly connect with all other users. You will work closely with the marketing team to deploy attention getting campaigns that remind customers to reorder consumables. So, if you are interested in using your sales chops in a fast-pace, startup environment and working closely with outside sales and marketing teams, this could be the job for you!This position reports to the Director of Inside Sales. We have an opening in North America; preference will be given to a candidate on the east coast; candidates in the central time zone could also be given consideration with the right qualifications.
