Be part of the global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Engineering leadership team driving factory improvements, product improvements for producibility and cost savings, manufacturing technology implementation, and new product development for Honeywell Aerospace. You will leverage your influence and leadership to develop and implement new manufacturing technology that will differentiate our product performance and deliver improved productivity and quality. You will create the vision, develop the strategy, and hold teams accountable and deliver high impact business results. Key Responsibilities
- Implement the automation and digitization (formally IIoT) strategies and execute projects to deliver on productivity commitments and scale across all aerospace factories.
- Transform our factories to paperless by accelerating the adoption of electronic work instructions, digital logbooks, digital forms and manufacturing execution systems.
- Digitize our manufacturing processes to improve shop floor management, equipment efficiency, and process capability.
- Build partnerships with strategic technology partners, government agencies and universities to accelerate technology maturity
- Assess new manufacturing technology and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.
- Leverage the manufacturing chief organization to create tools and standards to assess new products for DTC, RTY, design for additive manufacturing, and design for automation.
- Develop and implement the additive manufacturing strategy for production part conversion and aftermarket repairs
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in either manufacturing engineering, advanced technologies, or product development
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements
