Sodexo is seeking a Sous Chef for our beautiful Clearwater Riverpark Senior Community client in Oxnard, CA. This candidate will oversee restaurant operations for our breakfast, lunch, and dinner full service facility with a bar. This is a great restaurant style opportunity with a scratch kitchen and made to order focus. You will work side by side with an executive chef and manage a team of BOH and FOH staff. The right person for this role will have a strong background in full service restaurant operations. This candidate will exhibit exceptional client relationship and public relations skills. Must be able to lead their team and develop talent, foster a safe work environment, and be able to perform under pressure.
