POSITION SUMMARY: In the role of Senior Tenant Account Representative working in Scottsdale AZ or Mount Pleasant, SC This position will focus on a portfolio of tenant accounts to post all cash, monitor non-payments, short payments and account disputes. Their duties will also include batch review and approval, training of new employees, as well as covering a Tenant Account Representitive portfolio in the employee's absence. This in collaborating with other departments across the organization they will helo indentify and resolve tenant account issues. The ideal candidate for this position is able to work as part of a dynamic team, and able to work in an environment where work assignments and priorities change frequently. This position reports to Accounts Receivable Manager works closely with Accounting and Property Management teams THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
