Abrigo is seekingan organized, customer-focused Implementation Coordinator. This position involves management of multiple internal and external projects simultaneously and collaboration with resources across departments. Projects are technical in nature and require sound understanding of banking industry and Abrigo's software.

Coordinators are responsible for defining project scope and objectives, managing timeline and communicating clear expectations to the client throughout the project duration. The ideal candidate isself-motivated, self-directed, and can work within a team.
This position will be based in Raleigh, NC or remotely.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
  • Collaborate with internal resources to develop project strategies, ensure project deadlines are met, and arrange meetings between team members and clients
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Keep detailed project notes and records including meeting minutes and comprehensive project documentation
  • Create project schedules and task lists for team members
  • Monitor progress of all current projects by tracking and managing paperwork, analyzing project and cost performance, keeping team members updated on current information, determining project changes, and creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocating according to project pipeline
  • Collect management requirements and translate them into projects pipeline
  • Communicate to management changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
