We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to work closely with our top customers to retain and expand their business with TrackVia. Your objectives will be to provide insight to their current account usage, application performance, and educate them on what features/functionality TrackVia can provide to their business processes. You will form strong business relationships with your assigned accounts and ensure they are receiving top-notch customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and deliver on the highest value items for our customers
  • Stay up to date with product offerings and convey best practices
  • Visit customers (when safe) to build relationships and drive value as a trusted advisor
  • Provide account health checks to customers on a rolling basis with the goal of driving adoption, identifying expansion, and discovering additional opportunities
  • Define short, mid, and long term goals with your clients and create joint success plans to realize objectives
  • Follow the appropriate escalation process to create and execute plans for at-risk accounts
  • Continuously self-educating on your clients' business and goals


Requirements

  • Previous experience with account, client, or customer success management
  • Excellent written communications: clarity, brevity, grammar
  • Excellent verbal communications: articulateness, patience, listening skills
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Technology enthusiasm/passion/aptitude
  • Sound Excel and PowerPoint Skills


    • Formulas, charts, reports


  • Strong mathematical skills (statistics, finance, logic)
  • Ability to form business relationships
  • Basic understanding of relational database principles
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required


Salary & Benefits



  • The salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000

Work location is flexible if approved by TrackVia except that position may not be performed remotely from the state of California.
