POSITION SUMMARY
The VP, Moving Services Sales is responsible for leading the sales strategy for the Emerging Business division within Moving Services. This role is responsible for driving revenue through product utilization with new agents and by selling additional services to existing SIRVA network agents specific to the Alliance, Smartbox, Commercial, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) business lines.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

70% Sales Pipeline:
* Builds and maintains a full sales pipeline for Alliance services
* Identifies and sells to internal and external agents on purchasing SmartBox franchise locations
* Establishes and fosters strong relationships with agents in order to increase product utilization
* Communicates value propositions through presentations and proposals to existing and prospective agents
* Follows through on commercial leads generated through CBRE
* Partners with Pricing and Moving Ops on contract negotiations

20% Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets:
* Understands moving industry trends
* Creates short- and long-term sales goals
* Creates and maintains accurate sales reports

10% Coaches and trains agents on selling SIRVA services for the GPO business line.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Moving Sales or Moving Account Management required
* Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills required
* Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market required
* Statistical or financial analytics experience preferred
* Ability to evaluate clients utilizing all known information in the public domain and develop advanced sales strategies
* Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders- Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Shared Services

* Bachelor's degree required
