Relentless pursuit of better

As the Core Banking System Group Leader, you will build out the core cloud-based digital banking & wallet ecosystem and will be responsible for the core banking engine for Western Union's Digital Bank and wallet solutions. This includes management and oversight of the chart of accounts, regulatory reporting data feeds per country, and integrations to the general ledger. Additionally, in this role you will manage the product development on the core banking platform and support all new product launches.

For this important role, you have 10 or more years of experience building business-critical products and launching them in the market. You are an expert on cloud-based banking systems, as well as cloud ERPs and general ledger solutions. You have experience building revenue streams through banking products, cards, lending, and customer cross-selling. You can synthesize customer inputs and translate them into actionable initiatives that drive value for the company. You have proven leadership skills, managing cross-functional teams, motivating, and driving results across a large indirect sphere of influence & think outside the box. You possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written, enabling effective management and utilization of both indirect and direct resources, while providing concise updates to the Executive Management.

The on-target earnings range is $218,799-364,666, which includes a base salary of $156,285-260,476, short-term (20% of base), and long-term (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
