HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR TEAM:

As Senior Corporate Project Manager, you will demonstrate leadership through management and implementation of key strategic initiatives across multiple business units and sites. This leadership position requires continual interactions with both internal and external business executives to ensure the project outputs align with these stakeholder's evolving needs and corporate priorities. The selected individual will ensure that internal project management processes and standards are developed and adhered to and continuously improved. Achievement of objectives must include an over-riding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility. Enable and Drive Change in the Organization.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:


  • Responsible for managing the corporate strategic initiatives portfolio, including alignment of priorities with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects
  • Create and administer corporate calendar, including any internal alignment and coordination of schedule and agenda.
  • Coordinate and facilitate leadership strategic meetings in preparation, summary of key decisions and drive and track actions items
  • Manage project timeline, scope and resources of multiple projects to deliver results towards corporate goals and vision
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to the executive staff and other stakeholders
  • Conduct and capture project post-mortems and other project learnings to strengthen our business processes and standards
  • Participate incommunications to support change initiatives and employee engagement
  • Establish a corporate accountability framework to review status of corporate initiates and metrics
  • Define, monitor, and evaluate program/project teams' performance metrics
  • Benchmark performance with industry standards
  • Manage program related resource allocations/priorities
  • Work on escalations and delivery improvements
  • Create plans, presentation, white papers to support program documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant industry trends
  • Work across the company to socialize vision, identify and eliminate roadblocks
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally on a quarterly basis

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM:


  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Operations or Finance field or Engineering required.
  • 7+ years Project Management roles, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
  • 2+ years min Executive administrative or experience working at Executive level
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization including the executive staff
  • Advanced working knowledge and experience data analytics and dashboarding tools and O365
  • Must have strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team attitude, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and willingness to drive change in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to coordinate cross functional, cross disciplined team members
  • Effective influence management without direct authority
  • International business experience preferred
  • Proficiency in capturing lessons learned
  • Ability to handle changing priorities
  • Team player with strong listening skills that can take inputs and make informed decisions
  • Concise and clear written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:


  • PMP certification
  • BA/BS or equivalent graduate degree.MS O365 proficiency
  • Language: Japanese, Cantonese or Mandarin
