Scrum Master

• Use Jira and Jira Align to organize work into Epics, Features, and Stories.
• Attend and lead Agile ceremonies.
• Arrange and publish sprint schedules.
• Monitor backlog.
• Report on sprint status.
• Bring attention to impediments to progress.
• Evangelize Agile methodology principles as appropriate for the environment.
• Participate in Agile coaching.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years leading Agile Teams.

• Expert proficiency with Jira and Jira Align.
• Experience with SAFe is highly preferred.
• Proficient in leading and executing Agile ceremonies.
• Strong English communication skills - both written and oral, ability to influence.
• Flexible interactions with people at various stages in their Agile journey.
• Patient coaching.
• Comfortable in addressing large, diverse groups.
• Highly organized and transparent.
• Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work.
• Can learn and apply new information or skills.
• Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.
• Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads.
• Result driven-demonstrate ownership and accountability.
• Identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements.
• Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate open, clear, concise and professional communication.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customer.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs.
