As our Manager/Senior Manager Market Evaluation, you will help MISO by leading a team and evaluating performance and efficiency of the MISO Market and Operations design, rules, and processes.

As the Manager/Senior Manager Market Evaluation, you will be part of the team that is fast-paced, diverse and provides innovative ideas to evaluate and identify changes to market products. You should be highly organized and easily build trust with others while being flexible and adaptable.

In one year as our Manager/Senior Manager Market Evaluation, you will know you were successful if you provide transparency on how Market Evaluation work aligns with MISO strategy, you bring others along to learn about Market Evaluation team vision and mentor your team made up new to the industry and well experienced advisors.

We are looking for hardworking professionals who have:

* At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. (Add 4 additional years of experience to the technical experience requirement without a bachelor's degree)

* At least five years (Manager), or ten years (Senior Manager) of technical experience

* At least two years of management experience (Manager) and five years (Senior Manager)

We would also prefer candidates with the following:

* Specific experience and demonstrable skills within any of the following: process driven, and flexible/adaptable, project reporting/management, technical writing, strong collaboration, and excels at written and verbal communications skills.

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
