Overview

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Director (senior director) is responsible for helping achieve top-line revenue generation with regional and national health plans, ACOs and other risk-bearing entities, selling to both commercial and Medicare Advantage payers.



Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide oversight and centralized project management of all internal deliverables pertaining to particular sales prospects and ongoing potential prospects. This includes managing detailed follow up on high volumes of information and data.
  • Partner closely with vice president of sales to collectively manage various prospects. May serve as primary or support role depending on volume, business needs and expertise.
  • Manage end-to-end new customer acquisition process, from pitch presentation to opportunity sizing, pricing, and relationship development for book of business.
  • Actively engage the market to broaden CareCentrix's brand exposure, facilitate understanding of our value proposition, generate sales leads, foster ongoing relationships and understand industry conditions/competitive activities
  • Manage top of funnel lead-gen activities including: conferences, cold outreach and collaborating with marketing on specific campaigns
  • Work collaboratively alongside Medical Economics to have an efficient, high quality savings analysis and pricing process
  • Adhere to tight discipline of sales operations: Salesforce, Prospecting, In-depth understanding of portfolio
  • Channel customer/prospect feedback from the market to systematically inform marketing, product and operational counterparts across the company
  • Internally: identify, partner with, and cultivate relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels, including sales strategy, medical economics, product, account management, strategic selling and business development team, to form a strong, mutually supportive, efficient, and effective business team
  • Externally: establish, build and maintain strong relationships with all customers and stakeholders across functions, from day-to-day procurement to C-suite


Qualifications

You should get in touch if you have:

  • 2-5 years in a health care environment such as health plan, healthcare consulting or healthcare vendor environments
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience with complex sales execution
  • Proven ability to navigate a matrixed environment by leveraging strong relationship and influencing skills
  • Track record of reaching/exceeding sales goals
  • Experience cultivating, developing and expanding business relationships
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Executive presence
  • Strong writing skills
  • Travel as needed
  • Demonstrated experience with SalesForce, Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
