Overview
CareCentrix is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with an eye for analytics to own the full marketing-technology stack for a mature high-growth company. This individual will have experience implementing targeted marketing campaigns across a variety of channels to support awareness, drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the marketing funnel.
Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Translate marketing and sales objectives into actionable and measurable digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, social media, website strategy, SEO, PPC and other digital activities
- Own and optimize the com content experience; Develop the website as a lead generation engine, ensure it represents and showcases our brand, and establish it as a key resource for prospective clients
- Develop and manage a plan to drive SEO around an evolving set of keywords
- Build email campaigns across target buyer and influencer segments to nurture prospects through the funnel
- Implement A/B testing across web, email and advertising platforms to continuously monitor and improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting
- Lead annual planning of digital marketing strategies to support overarching marketing and corporate goals
- Provide monthly digital marketing analytics reports (social media, campaign performance, etc.) including recommendations for iteration and improvement
- Drive content marketing strategy that fills the top of the funnel and improves micro conversions by leveraging A/B testing, through to close
- Drive the CareCentrix brand online and ensure brand compliance across all online properties and platforms
- Track our competitors' digital marketing activities and provide recommendations to differentiate CareCentrix's presence online
- Develop CareCentrix's marketing technology stack in conjunction with the Go To Market team
- Demonstrate results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratio
- Demonstrate success in the use of digital channels (email, print, website, social, blog, etc.)
- Maintain high standards for database segmentation, list management, and marketing contact database health
Qualifications
You should reach out if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or other related field
- 5+ years of B2B online marketing experience required
- Experience managing CMS websites (such as WordPress)
- Excellent understanding of digital content marketing, UX and web and email best practice
- Experience managing, targeting, executing and measuring sales and lead generation marketing programs
- Experience using marketing automation tools to run campaigns, ideally Pardot
- Experience with Google Analytics and com
- Experience developing and optimizing effective inbound/content marketing strategies including webinars, infographics, blogs, video, and social media (Linked, Twitter, Instagram)
- Are able and willing to travel up to 10%
