Overview The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), a membership organization dedicated to the advancement of women's health care in Washington, DC, is currently seeking a Senior Director, Strategies for Health Equity. The Senior Director, Strategies for Health Equity is responsible for directing and overseeing the strategic implementation and management of programs and activities within the Strategies for Health Equity Department, including the Committee on Health Care for Underserved Women, the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) Prevention Program, and reproductive health access programs and projects focusing on abortion, contraception, and pregnancy loss. Oversees all aspects of the programs, including financial/budget management, administrative oversight, and volunteer and personnel management. Positively influences behavior of direct reports and encourages internal and external collaborative relationships to achieve programmatic and organizational goals. Cover Letter Required. Develop and implement the strategic vision, direction, and alignment across all organizational stakeholders and partners on the advancement of health equity and reproductive health care. Assess strengths, opportunities, and gaps, provide solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
