Primary Purpose Of This Role

Identity Digital is seeking a dynamic and engaged Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive demand for launching new products in its targeted vertical markets. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Brand and Marketing Communications, the role will partner with teams across the organization, including sales, business development and business insights/analytics to assess opportunity and grow the business. Additionally, the role is responsible for developing and managing cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan.

This candidate will utilize internal data, market data, and their own marketing expertise to evaluate categories for product launch, identify opportunities within the category areas, and develop integrated marketing plans that comprise the right marketing mix to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with a wide range of marketing channels, including social media, content, influencer, partner, and channel marketing. Additionally, they must understand media planning and be able to provide relevant feedback for plans.

They will be creative and a strategic thinker, providing solutions for marketing challenges with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate their thinking in persuasive presentations. They will drive strategic initiatives as well as tactical execution of the strategy. The candidate should be comfortable using data to inform decision-making. Project management skills and adherence to deadlines is critical.

What You Bring To The Table




  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications



  • 5-8 years experience with driving go-to-market strategies and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns



  • Strong presentation skills



  • Highly organized with the ability to develop project plans, delegate tasks to contributors, and produce high quality marketing deliverables on strategy and on deadline



  • Listening skills that are just as strong as opinions



  • Curiosity



  • Ability to source and use data for storytelling, decision making and experimentation



  • Experience with marketing management and analytics tools: Tableau



  • Experience with project management tools, i.e.: Asana



  • Experience working with and managing agencies and contractors



  • Proactive, team-player and positive approach to taking on new projects and opportunities



  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management, verbal and written skills



  • High attention to detail, ability to balance multiple priorities with excellent follow-through
