Summary: The Senior Employee Communications Specialist collaborates with communications team members to manage day-to-day activity across our communication channels, produce high quality content, and implement new and creative approaches to inform and engage employees. They partner with colleagues in other departments to understand organizational needs and develop communications to meet them. The Specialist writes copy and creates visual content for use across HHMI's channels, including newsletters, intranet, email, digital signage, and events. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, the individual in this role must be organized, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuously improving organizational effectiveness.
